Product Ordering
We’re pleased to be able to offer our customers a variety of methods in which to place orders. Please feel free to call DiaMed USA, LLC Customer Service at 800-587-6531, call your personal sales representative or fax your order to us at 866-528-8048. You may also order via our website at www.diameddirect.com. Please note that all capital equipment orders require a deposit equal to 50% of the investment cost.
Backorders
Products, from time to time, may be backordered due to a variety of reasons. For your convenience, DiaMed USA, LLC may substitute a similar product, if one exists, for any backordered item to complete your order. Customers may return substitution items, as per the return policy listed below, without a restocking fee.
Shipping
Your orders will arrive via common carrier or if local, one of our delivery trucks. If you place your order prior to 2:00 pm, stock items will ship out of the warehouse on that day. Please note that all damaged merchandise, item shortages, nonconforming substitutes, and other discrepancies must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours after you receive your order. All orders on DiaMedDirect.com are shipped directly to your door with no shipping charge. There may be freight charges that apply but only on merchandise specifically marked with shipping charges.
Returns
All returns must be called in to a DiaMed USA, LLC customer service representative within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order. You will then receive an Authorized Return Service (ARS) label to return your product to DiaMed USA, LLC. Please do so very promptly as our ability to return items back to the manufacturer has strict time constraints.
- All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition and in the original package.
- No credit can be given on returned products that are tampered with or partially used.
- DiaMed USA, LLC reserves the right to refuse the return of special order and non-stock merchandise, as well as capital equipment.
- DiaMed USA, LLC reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for items returned.
Consent to Jurisdiction Provision
Any dispute arising between the customer and DiaMed USA, LLC, Inc., including any claim resulting from the customer’s non-compliance with the payment terms provided herein shall be governed in accordance with and by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any action or claim arising from any such dispute or the failure of the customer to timely submit payment may be brought in a state or federal court within the State of Ohio. The customer consents to jurisdiction of the courts of Ohio and to service of process in any suit initiated in Ohio, by regular or certified mail being served upon the customer at the address specified in the New Customer Set-Up Sheet, or at any other address at which the customer resides or conducts business. The customer hereby waives any objection it may have or hereafter acquire with respect to venue or jurisdiction of any such suit or claim.
Product offering may change based on product availability.
DiaMed USA, LLC reserves the right to change products and programs offered at any time.
